1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HealthyCompute platform at healthycompute.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HealthyCompute is a health data intelligence platform that allows you to:

  • Aggregate health records from electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic MyChart.
  • Upload and process health documents including lab results, imaging reports, and prescriptions.
  • Connect wearable devices and health apps (Apple HealthKit, Garmin, Fitbit, Google Fit, Strava, Libre/FreeStyle CGM).
  • Receive AI-powered health categorization, personalized research reports, and health podcasts.

3. Not Medical Advice

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. HealthyCompute provides informational health insights generated by artificial intelligence. These insights are intended to help you better understand your health data, not to replace the judgment of qualified healthcare providers.

Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by the Service.

4. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with 500 compute tokens. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5.2 Paid Subscription

After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current rate (currently $19.95/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically.

5.3 Compute Tokens

Certain AI-powered features consume compute tokens. Your subscription includes a monthly token allotment. Additional tokens may be purchased separately.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

6. Your Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all health data and documents you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6.2 License to Us

By uploading data to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account.

6.3 Data Portability & Deletion

You may export your data at any time. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Deletion will be completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms including Epic MyChart, Google, Apple HealthKit, Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, OpenAI, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by HealthyCompute and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that AI-generated insights are accurate, complete, or current. AI analysis is based on the data you provide and the capabilities of the underlying models, which may produce errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHYCOMPUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthyCompute, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes impracticable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
