- Retrieves your health records with your explicit authorization

- Generates personalized health reports and audio summaries
3. Not Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: HealthyCompute is an educational tool and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
5. Health Data Authorization
When you connect your healthcare provider's patient portal:
- You authorize HealthyCompute to access your health records via FHIR APIs
- You can revoke this access at any time through your patient portal settings or through HealthyCompute
- We only access the specific data types you authorize
- Your credentials for your patient portal are never stored by HealthyCompute
6. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Data is stored on servers in the United States
- We do NOT sell your health data or use it for advertising
- We do NOT use your data beyond providing direct services to you

- You can delete ALL of your data at any time
- We do NOT retain any data after you close your account
- You can see a complete record of who has accessed your data
- You specifically approve each entity that can access your data
7. Subscription and Billing
HealthyCompute offers subscription plans:
- Free trial period of 14 days
- Monthly subscription of $19.95/month
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by HealthyCompute, Inc. Your health data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyCompute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
